this is a bit of a different post but after a long run with oral contraceptive - birth control, i have decided it’s time for me to get off of it and become in touch with my own hormones (actually super scary!!)..🫣 i have some supplements that will hopefully help with the transition off (typically takes a year to regulate hormones after BC and can be a BUMPY ride). but in order to help me track everything hormone related, i’m looking to buy an apple watch! but as u likely know, that shit is expensive 😅
