Testing the pump. #widegripbenchpress I keep thinking this chemo is going to take away my strength and it is my mind and body not feeling good. And I just have to commit to believing in myself, get up and do it. Grab the least fatigued hours of everyday and demand my body to preform. And take more naps to compensate 😁 135lb x12x2 - 185lb x5/4 - 225lb x2x2 - 135lb x12x2 10 to 15 pull ups in between every set and 45lb bar rear delt 5-8 reps each side also in between sets ( needed to open up the delts) #breastcancerwarrior #pectoralworkout #benchpress #strongwomen #truefitlife #myFlamingInstinct

Pic and Vid - Myofascial release of the abductors soas quads and the sciatic. Slow, long, time consuming but helpful. These body pains also are pulling lower lumbar out. it is a location I am daily in pain with and rehabbing. I use rollers, trigger point balls, bands and straps for tools to stretch and expand. Then stagnant stretching such as yoga forms.

I haven't worked deads for a few weeks and I feel weak. But I'm just straight angry and i know my mind is greatly contributing to my lack of power and the current pain i am managing daily. And i really want to punch a few people in the face who definitely deserve it! Sooo anyway, my first chemo 3 hour sit session tomorrow. Just not ok with it. Deadlift standards tonight 155lb x 15x2 265lb x 10x2 309lbx 5x2 375lbx 1x2 fuck!
