It might be about verifying your payment card. To resolve this issue, if you click on the ‘your cards’ tab from the menu, there will be an option to verify your card. If this doesn’t work, I have found it corrects itself when you delete the payment card and re-add it again. I hope this helps anyone who is having problems with it, please let me know if it works!
