The fun fact here is, I just start to love myself after win a lot of pounds, when I was skinny always in my mind I was thinking in loose some weight for look good for the guys in my town (this is a such wrong mindset).
After gain weight my mindset change, cuz I think: ok, now that I have this body what other things on myself that I enjoy? I enjoy my inteligence, my perspicace, my legs, my butt, my smile, how goofy I am sometimes and how I try to still positive and resiliente even on the wrost situation.
I conquer my self-estim begining for the inside. Healing me inside and after out.
I just love my body today and dont have afraid to show him here, cuz I make a lot of mental work. And a good self estim, believe me, dont come of the shape of your body. Come when you see the incredible things you can do, the love you can give, the good and capable human you are.
In the end of the day, gravity still acting on our bodys and every part gonna fall down someday 😄, the unique thing that gravity dont take of our body is the power of your mind. You gonna be more wize and capable wigh the time ❤❤
