

Since covid I am trying to eat better. Is not a diet!
If I want eat a pizza I gonna, if I want drink some beers I gonna. No restrictions, but I am eating more fruits, more home made food (if I can) and trying not drink soda.
Cuz well I need energy and I need regulated my sleep, cuz I going sleep latter and wake up pretty early.
Also I start to do yoga for begginers, just 10 minutes for help with my back. Also today I record my naked yoga and gonna post on feed at night.
