Brazil is a big country with a lot of different cultures and this reflex on our tables, on our breakfest.
In my state, who are really cold in the winter, people use to eat this kind of meal: a good toast with cheese and butter and for compani-on coffe (very strong is the type I like it). In the farms, the breakfest is bassically a lunch, is heavy. People use to dri-nk milk, eat bred, cake, eggs and meat for have energy trough the day.
In some states, that practically is always summer people use to eat tapioca and fruits (tapioca is edible starch, extracted from the roots of cassava).
