I think I stayed away for so long because after a certain point, I know I will be disappointed by my loss of strength and flexibility, which sends me spiraling. It sounds stupid but I really needed to just wait for that silly mood to strike and NOT CAREEE 🪿
I did manage to bang out a layback which pumped me up for the rest of the day and reminded me why I dance in the first place.
