It's morning. The alarm goes off and damn, I'm late for work. I still have my makeup on from the night before. What a fuck! I hate doing everything in a hurry! I turn on my phone and record this hectic moment of daily real life. I jump under the water and grease my body with soap, and finally light up this damn cigarette. Usually if i smoke the first cigarette of the day lying in bed as soon as I wake up. But today I can't. It's too late. And it seems incredible, but just the act of getting up, undressing and getting in the shower makes me nervous. I have to light that damn cigarette as soon as possible. The craving rises like a bastard in a few moments. And from the first puff I smoke greedily for about two minutes. It's a very fast morning smoke. I eat it up! And how good is nicotine in the shower! I take some hard drags from that dark filter and do nose exhales of pure power. As always I accompany my heavy drags with sumptuous dangles. The backlight highlights all that gray nourishment I need to live. I spit water from my mouth, and put it out. Yes, I feel much better, but another cigarette will be lit very soon.

È mattina. Suona la sveglia e, accidenti, sono in ritardo per il lavoro. Ho ancora il trucco della sera prima. Che schifo! Odio fare tutto di fretta! Accendo il telefono e registro questo momento frenetico di vita quotidiana. Mi immergo nell'acqua, mi insaponerò il corpo e finalmente accendo questa dannata sigaretta. Di solito fumo la prima sigaretta della giornata a letto appena sveglia. Ma oggi non posso. È troppo tardi. E sembra incredibile, ma il solo fatto di alzarmi, spogliarmi e farmi la doccia mi rende nervosa. Devo accendere quella dannata sigaretta il prima possibile. La voglia sale a dismisura in pochi istanti. E dal primo tiro fumo avidamente per circa due minuti. È una fumata mattutina velocissima. La mangio tutta! E quanto è buona la nicotina sotto la doccia! Faccio qualche tiro profondo da quel filtro scuro ed espiro dal naso con pura potenza. Come sempre, accompagno i miei tiri pesanti con penzoloni sontuosi. La luce in controluce mette in risalto tutto quel nutrimento grigio di cui ho bisogno per vivere. Sputo l'acqua dalla bocca e la spengo. Sì, mi sento molto meglio, ma presto accenderò un'altra sigaretta.
