Meditation, retreats, breathwork, full moon rituals… How do you feel about all this?
Let’s be real — it used to sound a little too much for some of us.
Sit in silence? With my thoughts?? On purpose???
No thanks, I’ll just scroll and repress like a normal person.
But then life hits you with enough chaos, unanswered questions, and inner restlessness — and suddenly, you find yourself… breathing.
Consciously.
In a room full of crystals.
Next to someone named Sky.
And weirdly? You feel better.
Because no, you don’t need to go to Bali to meet yourself.
But sometimes, stepping away from noise — from people, from your phone, from “doing” — is exactly how you remember who the hell you are.
Spiritual practices aren’t about being perfect or “high vibe” all the time.
They’re about remembering. Coming home. Pausing long enough to hear what your soul has been trying to say for years.
So whether it’s a silent retreat, dancing barefoot under the moon, journaling with incense, or just sitting quietly with your morning coffee — if it brings you peace, presence, or power…
It’s sacred.
And no, you don’t have to be a “spiritual person” to start.
You just have to be tired of feeling disconnected — and curious about what happens when you start listening inwards instead of outwards.
💭 So tell me — have you tried any of it? Meditations, retreats, rituals?
Did it feel real? Weird? Wonderful?
Let’s talk. I’m curious.
