

WORKOUT WEDNESDAY - Lunch Time Meal / Chicken Pasta.. uh.. stuff?

For tonight's release, we take a trip to the kitchen! You guys were asking about food/meal prep, so I'm going to take you through a simple favorite of ours!

THE RECIPE! - Makes 4 servings
1 cup orzo (≈ 200g)
2 cups cooked chicken (≈ 320g cooked, about 3/4 lb raw)
2/3 cup Boursin cheese (≈ 150g, or one standard 5.2 oz package)
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (≈ 50g)
3 cups cherry tomatoes (≈ 500g)
6–7 cups fresh spinach, loosely packed (≈ 200g)
1 2/3 cups chicken stock (≈ 400ml)
Salt & pepper, to taste
1. With the boursin in the middle, combine and mix everything except the Parmesan.
2. Cover and bake at 350 f for roughly 35 minutes
3. Remove foil, add Parmesan and bake for another 5 to 10 min uncovered
Let cool, and enjoy!
